CHARGER BOATS �PUT IN WITH THE BEST� Incentive

Fish & Win a Anglers in Action Tournament Trail LLC event using your 2007 or qualifying 2006, 596, 496, 396, 296, or ProTeam 296 CHARGER boat powered by a MERCURY engine and you will be eligible for $2,000.00 for a Win*. 2007-2006 CHARGER Boats with an outboard other than MERCURY will qualify for the "Put in With the Best" Incentive at a reduced rate totaling $750.00*.

Fish & Win a Anglers in Action Tournament Trail LLC event using your 2007 or qualifying 2006, 186 or 176 CHARGER boat powered by a MERCURY engine and you will be eligible for $1,000.00 for a Win*.

Fish & Win a Anglers in Action Tournament Trail LLC event using your 2002-2005 CHARGER boat, any model or any manufacture outboard you will be eligible for $250.00 for a Win*.

Official Qualifying Guidelines, Rules and Conditions.

� CHARGER Boats �Put in with the Best.� dates are from October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007.

� Win shall be defined as 1st, �first place�.

� Only Wins of Anglers in Action Tournament Trail LLC events will qualify. Season ending Team
  Championship excluded.

� Only events with twenty-five (25) or more competing teams will be considered for incentive payments.

� Persons employed by CHARGER Boats Inc., MERCURY Outboards and its affiliated companies are
  not eligible for �Put in with the Best� incentive payments.

� Must be a registered CHARGER Boats retail owner.

� Registered owner�s name and winner must be the same name on warranty and/or state registration at
   the time of win.

� Must be wearing a CHARGER shirt and/or hat with logo exposure during competition.

� Must display ANGLERS in ACTION Tournament Trail decal on driver�s windshield/console of boat you
  are fishing from.

� Tournament finish affidavit forms must be submitted within 30-days of tournament win for eligibility
  review. (Please allow four to six weeks for approval and processing.) 

� Incentive payments will be awarded only to the first place overall winner of an event. Ties, and winners
  decided by big bass or chance are not eligible.

� The angler is responsible for providing authentic and official verification of ownership of the CHARGER
  Boat and a tournament win.

� CHARGER Boats reserves the right to change, alter, modify or terminate the �Put in with the Best�
   incentive at its sole discretion at any time.

� Final �Put in with the Best� incentive eligibility and contingency payment authorization will be
  determined only by CHARGER Boats.

� The winning CHARGER owner is responsible for submitting the completed Official Tournament Finish
  Affidavit to:
