PERFORMANCE AWARDS

Charger Boats will pay back to the angler their JOE BASS $130.00 entry fee. Winning angler will be the top finishing Charger Boats owner fishing from their registered Charger boat at each event during the 2009 season. $500.00 will be awarded to the top finishing Charger Boats owner at the 2009 JOE BASS Team Trail Championship.
Official Qualifying Guidelines, Rules and Conditions.

Only one (1) incentive paid at each event.

Only Joe Bass Team Trail LLC events will qualify.

Must be a registered CHARGER� Boats owner.

Registered owner�s name and winner must be the same name on warranty and/or state registration at
the time of win.

CHARGER� Boats reserves the right to change, alter, modify or terminate the JOE BASS Team Trail
incentive at its sole discretion at any time.

Income and other taxes are the responsibility of recipient.

To qualify for the $130.00 awarded at each JOE BASS Team Trail event an angler must fish from his/her CHARGER� Boat and provide authentic and official verification of ownership of the CHARGER boat. State registration will suffice.

A team will only be eligible for one (1) CHARGER� boat incentive per tournament.
